Well it's quite
simple. A Ready to Move Home, is
not a Modular Home, not a Trailer House, not a Home put together in
a plant, nor a Home which comes in more than 1 piece; Which, then might
have to be assembled when it arrives on site.

An
RTM (Ready To Move Home), is a Canadian
Terminology which depics an actual house which is stick built, in an
outside environment. An RTM, is
a home which is a house that would normally be built on your construction
site, but for various reasons, such as cost and location, the RTM
gets built on our building yard (Vogt Building Construction Inc.)
Then we simply load
the house as one Unit on to the proper moving equipment and deliver
it to the client's location; In turn, we set your new home up on it's
foundation. Such as seen here below......

It must also be understood
that an RTM, (Ready To Move Home),
has a reinforced roof system, as well as a double box sill. These reinforcements
assure that the home remains structurally sound during
the moving process.
