An American Ready to Move Home is:

  • "The client" - Selects Cabinets (and design layout for your kitchen)
  • "The client" - Selects whether or not to apply mirrors, or medicine cabinets
  • "The client" - Selects Type of Interior Finishing Products, (Casing, Baseboard, Window Trims and special order items)
  • "The client" - Selects Window Types such as: Triple Pane, Dual Pane (with Solar Gain, Argon Gas and so on...)
  • "The client" - Selects whether they want a deck, wrap around deck, steps, and so on...

    - All Vogt Building Construction Homes, have Round Corner Sheetrock Beads (Rounded Sheetrock Corners)

    - We Build all American RTM's to the "Building Code" for the State of MN at this point; however, we are looking to expand our "Market" to the State of North Dakota as well !

    (American RTM Specs, include special egress windows, along with special roofing applications that are not mandatory code here in the provinces of Manitoba or Ontario,Canada)

    * All US Homes, are inspected fully, by our Canadian Building Inspectors, as well as the "State of MN's, Building Inspector. (On our Building Yard)

    **We Offer special payment incentives that optomize your American Dollar in our Canadian Market. We at Vogt Building allow for you to:

Select your, desired Specifications, through out the Entire Home (such as woodwork, like raised panel pine, interior doors, or red oak plain panel doors or colonial doors and much more...)

Desired Colour Scheme for the Interior and Exterior of your new home, and don't forget to choose your shingle colour as well. We offer various choices, such as a Stucco or Vinyl Siding application for the exterior of your new home. You can even apply brick to the outside of the home, as well as shutters, stucco build outs.... again we are a "Custom Home" Builder all of these options are your choice as the "Client".

We offer a variety of "Custom Made" Wide Trim, Accent Trim, Stucco, Vinyl Siding applications.

Variations of cabinets include such items as: Knotty Pine, Raised Pine, Raised Oak, Maple, 1/4 Panel Traditional Oak, White Malamine, Cambridge Oak, Colonial White, Artic White, Harvest Oak.

These choices are left to the "Clients", discretion and budget of course. (all choices must be made clear and verified on contract prior to an agreement).
